Biography
Doug Cartland has a proven track record of success after
success. For twenty years Doug excelled on virtually every level of management!
Doug led record setting sales teams and produced pace-setting results from
non-sales teams too by his progressive leadership and "people first," results-driven
management style.
As a radio broadcaster,
Doug was named the best in the state of Illinois four years running. As
a community leader Doug mobilized grass roots efforts that found miraculous
funding for seemingly undoable projects time and time again! He’s always
felt that sitting around whining about problems never solved them. It’s
the doers who win! Doug has been a doer!
He has written two books: “Motivational Leaders” and “Ray
Eliot: The Spirit and Legend of Mr. Illini,” and has created one of the
greatest leadership self assessments ever in “Doug Cartland’s 100 Questions
for Leaders.” He has spent the last ten years moving and re-energizing thousands
of people and hundreds of organizations with his secrets!
