Heather CartlandHeather Cartland, Vice President

We like to call Heather the “Vice President of Everything.” And the title fits. From newsletter, workbook and web-site design to editing materials, improving sales processes and managing our product inventory, she touches every part of DCI. She’s helped steer the company with Doug for the past six years. She brings a background of Quality Control Management in the pharmaceutical industry, and that experience has paid off handsomely at DCI.

 

Christina HousemanChristina Houseman, Director of Customer Relations

Christina is an experienced management professional with leadership experience in several different industries. Her particular area of expertise is manufacturing quality management. She has a diverse background in sales, interior design, training and development, operations, supply chain, as well as quality. Her perspective on leadership challenges is unique as a result of her varied experiences, and she find sit very useful in understanding the needs of our clients.

Christina's job with DCI is to develop and maintain relationships with our clients, both new and existing. Her primary task is to get to know and understand each client’s leadership challenges so that we can best meet their needs with training specifically tailored to each organization. In addition to getting to know them, it is her job to help our clients get to know us better by answering questions about what we do and what we have to offer each organization we partner with.
