We like to call Heather the "Vice President of Everything." And the
title fits. From newsletter, workbook and web-site design to editing
materials, improving sales processes and managing our product inventory,
she touches every part of DCI. She's helped steer the company with Doug
for the past six years. She brings a background of Quality Control
Management in the pharmaceutical industry, and that experience has paid
off handsomely at DCI.
